Middle school art students created images on the graphic design site Pixlr. The images are inspired by the concept of Notan. Using Makerspace equipment, we cut and pressed images onto shirts. Weeding the images was surprisingly challenging and the entire process required students to look for patterns in the work process to be efficient and successful.

1st and 2nd grade cookie baking and frosting, with the assistance of some of our high school students. Being able to collaborate with different grades is definitely one of the perks of being a close-knit, K-12 school.❤️🧑🏼‍🍳🍪

The 1st grade class has been studying different jobs and roles people have in their local community. On Wednesday, they took a field trip to Randall's Bakery to learn about the equipment they use to make different baked goods. Today, Officer Lopac and Officer Essig from the Forest Service, and Deputy Graser, came in to teach them about what they do in their roles. Thank you to the bakery and to the presenters.
